“Change of Polarity” BO Strategy

in this article I am going to explain you and give you some examples about the “Change of Polarity” strategy which is a very useful, strong and also simple Price Action Strategy. I think is a very good start for the newbies. I was studying it in my first steps in trading and I am still using it. So, some literature first. The”change of polarity strategy” as described in ”Japanese Candlesticks Charting Techniques” a book of Steve Nison is the change of a support to a resistance and the change of a resistance to a support. The general idea of the above theory is when we have a support and this support will break in the future this support will become a resistance. On the other hand if we have a resistance and will break in the future this resistance will become a support. I will explain this better with some examples. Let’s see our first screen shot.

Look at this chart. It’s from EURUSD currency pair and I use a 1min chart. You can use every asset you like and also every time frame you like. So, we have a red horizontal line. Look at the beginning of the screen shot. The price hit the red horiztal line and it can’t break it. Then again, the price come back and hit the red horizontal line and it’s can’t break it again. This is our support and in the screen shot you can see that the price has tested it two times, but you can’t see the whole chart , you can see only this screen shot. Actually the price has tessted this support moe times. You can go to your platform and check it. After these to tries finally the price breaks this support level and is moving down. Then the price is come back to this level and this is the important part of this strategy. After the break of the support and when the price come again and hit this level you see that we have a rejection of the price about three times. Actually, the old broken support acts as a resistance now. We have the opposite situation for an old resistance which breaks and the price come back again and hit this broken resistance we have a new support.

This strategy is very simple, it’s about price action and it works the most of the time. Of course, every time you should use confirmation but this strat is really strong. It’s better to use a support or a resistance which has tested before from the price more than once.

The number of reports using continuous flow technology in tubular reactors to perform precision polymerizations has grown enormously in recent years. Flow polymerizations allow highly efficient preparation of polymers exhibiting well-defined molecular characteristics, and has been applied to a slew of monomers and various polymerization mechanisms, including anionic, cationic, radical, and ring-opening. Polymerization conducted in continuous flow offers several distinct advantages, including improved efficiency, reproducibility, and enhanced safety for exothermic polymerizations using highly toxic components, high pressures, and high temperatures. The further development of this technology is thus of relevance for many industrial polymerization processes. While much progress has been demonstrated in recent years, opportunities remain for increasing the compositional and architectural complexity of polymeric materials synthesized in a continuous fashion. Extending the reactor processing principles that have heretofore been focused on optimizing homopolymerization to include multisegment block copolymers, particularly from monomers that propagate via incompatible mechanisms, represents a major challenge and coveted target for continuous flow polymerization. Likewise, the spatial and temporal control of reactivity afforded by flow chemistry has and will continue to enable the production of complex polymeric architectures. This Viewpoint offers a brief background of continuous flow polymerization focused primarily on tubular (micro)reactors and includes selected examples that are relevant to these specific developments.

Dual-cross-link hydrogels, which are composed of poly(vinyl alcohol) chains cross-linked by covalent bonds and transient physical bonds via borate ions, have received considerable interest due to the high extensibility as well as the self-healing properties. The dual-cross-link gels exhibit pronounced stress relaxation after the imposition of step strain, reflecting the breaking dynamics of temporary chains which sustain the initial stress. Multiaxial stress relaxation experiments using equibiaxial, planar, and uniaxial stretching with various degrees of strain unambiguously validate the time-strain separability in relaxation stress for a general type of deformation. The time effect is satisfactorily described by an existing model, while the strain effect is well approximated by the neo-Hookean model. Furthermore, the magnitude of total stress relaxation to the initial stress is constant, independently of the type and degree of imposed strain. These simple features provide an important basis for formulating the constitutive models of the dual-cross-link gels and for molecular design of hydrogels with transient physical cross-links.

One-Pot Synthesis of Cross-linked Block Copolymer Nanowires via Polymerization-Induced Hierarchical Self-Assembly and Photodimerization

Block copolymer (BCP) nanowires are crucially important in diversified fields. However, their applications typically suffer from a tedious fabrication process, heterogeneous morphology, and degradation. Herein, we propose a facile and robust approach to synthesize stilbene-containing BCP nanowires in homogeneous morphology with high stability at high solid content (5%–20% w/w) in one pot. It is realized by the polymerization-induced hierarchical self-assembly and subsequent photodimerization cross-linking under UV irradiation of stilbene mesogens in the core-forming block in the later stage of polymerization. Because of the strong liquid crystalline ordering and photodimerization of stilbene, the cross-linked nanowires can be obtained over a broad BCP composition, which show robust morphological stability when exposed to solvent dissolution tests and water dispersion stability tests. This efficient approach to stabilized nanowires with homogeneous morphology via in situ cross-linking would be useful in various fields, such as nanomedicine and Pickering emulsifiers.
